Jack Quinn
Rutherford, Napa Valley, California

Produced from grapes grown in the "Agave Rose" vineyard located on the northern end of the Rutherford Bench, Jack Quinn Cabernet Sauvignon is an intense and complex wine aged for over 22 months in brand-new French Oak barrels. Vineyards yields are kept purposely low at less than three tons per acre. Benoit Touquette, who assisted Andy Erickson of Screaming Eagle fame, has taken the reins for 2005 Jack Quinn as winemaker. Benoit, who is currently head winemaker at Hartwell Vineyards, is a rising star in knowledgeable Napa winemaking circles and the 2005 Jack Quinn Cabernet is one reason why.
