Bill Easton has been a figure in California winemaking for more than thirty years. The winery that bears his family name, Easton Wines, focuses on the varietals that have traditionally worked the best in Amador County and California. Most of his low-yielding vineyards are meticulously maintained using sustainable farming practices. The wines are aged in the best available cooperage in a fully solar-powered winery.
