Stellar Winery, South Africa's largest producer of fine organic wines, processes just over 4500 tons of organic grapes each year. Well-known for its innovative approach, Stellar has achieved a number of "firsts" in the wine industry. It was the first organic winemaking operation in the world to gain the coveted Fairtrade certification and the first cellar in Africa to produce commercially viable no-sulfur added wines. Stellar has subsequently become the largest producer of these wines in the world. Stellar's Fairtrade certification has had a positive and sustainable influence on the local community as the Stellar workforce benefits directly from the global sales of Fairtrade-labeled wine.

Live-a-Little "Wildly Wicked White," NV, Western Cape	This blended white wine has a very pale green-yellow color, with a nose like tinned fruit cocktail. Live-a-Little "Rather Revealing Rosé," NV, Western Cape	This is a dry Rosé with good fruit and a complex mouth feel. The light strawberry-red color hints at the nose: light, fresh and fruity with mixed fruit cocktail on the taste. Great with pizza or pasta with tomato-based seafood sauce.
Live-a-Little "Really Ravishing Red," NV, Western Cape	This un-wooded Shiraz has a dark red color with a nose of vanilla and white pepper. The taste starts with a sweet entry and has soft tannins. Merlot, 2008, Western Cape	A beautiful rich, dark, red colored wine with a nose like wet forest floor and dark wood paneled library. The taste has these components and dark red berry fruit.
