Novaia
Veneto, Italy / novaia.it

On the hillsides of one of the sunniest slopes of Valpolicella, lies the 15th century estate of Novaia. The winery combines the old and new with its valley hillsides planted to grapes historic to the area, and at the manor itself, with its state of the art cantina in a carved out stone cellar, shaded by an ancient Yew tree. Their wines are legendary, with their Amarone made from grapes that have been lovingly dried prior to crushing and fermenting to produce a wine of intensely deep flavors and character.
