The vineyard of Domaine la Croix Belle, located in Côtes-de-Thongue appellation of Languedoc, has been
passed down from father to son for three centuries. This family know-how has been applied to fastidious
farming of the vineyard, with modern winemaking methods in the winery, allowing the Boyer family to
constantly improve the quality of their wine. Today run by brothers Jacques and Françoise Boyer, they have
focused on a serious reduction of crop yields as well as adapting and equipping a state-of-the-art winery
that allows them to express their terroir and their passion for wine.
