Chardonnay, 2006 Coonawarra	A brilliant straw yellow. On the nose there is an attractive fresh and fruity aromas of stone fruits with subtle persistent toasty oak notes that add a touch of sophistication. The palate has an appealing array of fresh and tantalizing fruit flavors with hints of toasty oak maturation notes highlight a generous palate structure. Merlot, 2004 Coonawarra	Attractive redcurrant and cherry fruit are combined with light fresh earthy and mushrooms tones. The oak is subdued, with light smoky and cedary edges. A medium bodied wine with a generous palate structure showing savory cherry and red currant fruit combined with very light dusty oak flavors and fine tannins. Cabernet Sauvignon, 2005 Coonawarra	Appealing fruit aromas showing dark berry fruit, with hints of black currant and plum with very light regional Coonawarra mint. Subtle vanillin & light toasty oak maturation notes complement the fruit. A medium bodied wine with ripe dark berries flavors that are a feature of the palate.
