"Tadpole White" Chardonnay/Viognier,

This little beauty was co-fermented with 10% Viognier. The result is a richer front to mid palate with a hint of tropical fruit. Color: Pale straw. Nose: Peaches, apricots, pear and ruby grapefruit. Palate: The front palate is a luscious mouth feel of pears and citrus characters. Lychee and pear flavors dominate the mid palate and the lingering fruit sweetness combined with zesty acidity ensure this will be a cracker aperitif for summer.

The color is pale straw. On the nose is pear, limes and honeydew. The front palate is a luscious mouth feel of zesty limes and citrus characters. Savory/biscuity mouthfeel from new French oak is evident in the mid to back palate yet the emphasis of this wine is in the lingering fruit power.

"Bloodstone" Shiraz/Viognier,

The color is deep red, purple/black hues. On the nose there is violets, plums, raspberry conserve with hints of red spices, almonds (oak) and cinnamon. Just like a great dive the entry is amazing. The palate is rich and plush with a range of flavors, mulberries, boysenberries and chocolate. The wine exhibits layers of concentration yet remains focused by the balanced acidity and soft tannins - very harmonious. |

with the combination of fruit, tannin and acid melding to
deliver a powerful yet balanced wine with silky tannins.
