How long have you been in the food and beverage industry? Since I was a little boy. I remember dusting bottles in my family’s liquor stroe in Venice, California, about a block from present day Muscle Beach.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working? I’m an avid reader of science fiction and fantasy novels. I also enjoy working with computers, I’ve built my last several PCs.
